Collection: Our Latin Vinyl

Welcome to Dilla Barcelona's Latin vinyl section. Within our hand-picked catalog of over 4,000 records, the Latin section brings together the best of Spanish-language and Brazilian music — from Cuban classics to New York salsa, Brazilian bossa nova and contemporary Latin jazz.

Our selection covers the most representative Latin music genres:

  • Salsa — the sound of Fania All-Stars, Hector Lavoe, Ruben Blades, Willie Colón.
  • Bossa Nova — Brazilian cool. João Gilberto, Tom Jobim, Astrud Gilberto.
  • Latin Jazz — the jazz fusion. Tito Puente, Mongo Santamaria, Eddie Palmieri.
  • Cuban Music — son, mambo, charanga. Buena Vista Social Club, Compay Segundo, Israel "Cachao" López.
  • Boleros — the classic Latin American romantic style.
  • Cumbia — the Colombian-Mexican sound still conquering dancefloors.
  • MPB (Música Popular Brasileira) — Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil, Elis Regina.

Every record comes with its verified Discogs condition (NM, VG+, VG, etc.) and sleeve graded separately. A good part of our Latin stock are US originals (Fania, Tico, Alegre) and Brazilian (Elenco, Odeon), pieces hard to find outside Latin America.
